We just did a wonderful event at Tokyo's Four seasons Marunouchi hotel.
During one week, our chef de cuisine Laurent Deconinck was the guest chef and changed the four season's menu to our food and our wines. This was a great opportunity for the Japanese wine-lovers do try our matchings between food and wine.

Primum Familiae Vini held a series of events in Asia, hosted by the Raffles in Singapore (Nov. 30 & Dec. 1 ) and by the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower in Mumbai (Dec 3 & 4).
In Singapore, a black tie dinner was hosted in the ballroom of Raffles for 180 clients of Crédit Suisse. The next day, a press lunch was followed by a trade and consumer tasting.

In Mumbai, a black tie dinner was hosted at the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower. The next day, a trade tasting was jointly organised by our various importers and very well attended by key members of the local trade to everyone's satisfaction.

Very fine and rare wines were tasted at each dinner. However, the opportunity was also taken to raise money for a local charity in each country. A Primum Familiae Vini collection case, containing one bottle of each member’s flagship wine, was auctioned during the gala dinners as well as other items. Due to the very considerable generosity of participants in each country, significant funds were given to the chosen charities.

In Singapore, 38,944 US dollars was raised for the Primum Familiae Vini collection case alone. The funds were given to the Singapore School for the Visually handicapped and the Canossian School.

In Mumbai, the PFV case auctioned raised 27.877 US dollars devided equally between Mother Theresa's Missionnaries of Charity and Saint Judes which assists families whose child suffer from cancer.

Mister Hiramatsu is a fantastic chef, who runs a large restaurant company whose flagship restaurants are Hiramatsu in Tokyo and in Paris.
We just had there an incredible dinner with some fantastic food and wine matches in the Tokyo restaurant. Mister Hiramatsu is an incredibly talented chef.
