We love your wines! Your 2003 Vacquerays is the red wine of the month in our little wine bar Happinez in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada (web site -www.happinezwinebar.com), and we consumed 3 bottles of your Perrin Reserve during a marvelous dinner in a small Parisien restaurant just a few weeks ago. I looked at the beaucastel website to see when my bottles of Beaucastel CDP 1996 and 1997 should be drunk. It showed that the wine should not yet be drunk yet. When i checked some of the earlier years the comments showed that they were out of date. Would you please confirm what the drinking dates of 2006 and 2007 should be.
