We just did two great dinners in Tokyo, one at the intercontinental Tokyo Bay and the other one at the intercontinental Yokohama. We have gathered with other great houses to do these dinners, Hugel et fils in Alsace, Chateau Palmer in Margaux and Laurent Perrier in champagne).
