We are happy to report that the vintage up to date, has been very satisfactory with very healthy grapes.  It has been a dry summer, but not as much as in 2004. Frequent Mistrals, have also accentuated the dry spell and have kept the grapes concentrated.  Up to this point, the impression we get is that the harvest will be equivalent to 2004 in quantity (rather small).  The days have been hot and the nights have been cool, which will help the grapes preserving more acidity (than in 2003 for example).  There is also a good content of anthocyanes showing in the grapes. Some of the white grapes have begun to show signs of beautiful maturity, we anticipate the harvest will therefore begin quite quickly…
